(please see our accepted forms of payment). This deposit goes towards the total purchase price of your puppy and secures your pick number on our puppy reservation list. The preferred deposit method is credit or debit card through our website or Venmo. We will not officially reserve a Puppy until the deposit and our puppy purchase agreement has been received. Puppy pick number is assigned in the order in which deposits are received. Bettie Creek Kennels retains the right to decide whether a deposit will be refunded and is decided on a case-by-case basis. Purchase Price: $1700 (includes the $300 deposit) - Limited Registration Full Registration is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you are interested in FULL REGISTRATION. Buyer's Initials Clear Signature The date for picking up your new family member and taking him or her home is eight weeks of age. All picks are made between four and five weeks of age. The remaining balance is due on or before the pickup date. We accept cash, Venmo, and Paypal for the final payment on the day of pickup or delivery. We will accept credit card payments on the day of pickup, if discussed prior to pickup. Buyer's Initials Clear Signature Your puppy will be available to pick up at our location at 346 Spring Drive, Aurora, North Carolina, unless other arrangements have been previously made. We will be arranging pick-up dates and times as the gotcha day approaches. Buyer's Initials Clear Signature If you need your new puppy to be delivered, please let us know, as we have access to flight nanny’s and puppy couriers. These services have additional fees. Buyer's Initials Clear Signature We will guarantee the health of our puppies for 1 year from birth. Both parents of your puppy are healthy, sound and have been health tested to ensure the health of their offspring. The buyer agrees to keep the puppy healthy, maintain and stay current with all puppy vaccinations and provide periodic vet checks including an initial examination within the first 7 days after delivery. Failure to have the puppy examined by a vet within 7 days of the date the puppy was picked up/delivered to the buyer or if the buyer fails to provide required immunizations, treatment or de-worming, will mean this health guarantee will be void. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE: -Against Parvo or Corona Virus -Payment of any veterinarian bills made/incurred by the buyer under any circumstances -Female dogs being able to produce litters, redundant vulva or male dogs having both testicles when mature -Show potential, size of dog, slipped-joints, or death due to negligence -Thickness of coat, skin or food allergies, dermatitis, or any and all mites, mange and/or parasites, Guardia or Coccidia -Teeth, over or under bite or luxating patella -Development of hernias -Puppy temperament The buyer agrees to continue providing regular socialization for the puppy after the puppy is fully vaccinated. The buyer agrees to provide a safe environment. Bettie Creek Kennels will provide the buyer with AKC papers, current vaccinations (VET records) and have the puppy microchipped at the time of pick-up. Buyer's Initials Clear Signature BREEDER FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL: We, Bettie Creek Kennels reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the Deposit if we learn of any reason or have concerns of why Buyer might not be suitable for a puppy. The buyer understands that the breeder can take custody of the puppy/dog without compensation if the puppy is being abused or neglected, the adoption of the puppy was based on false information from the Buyer, the Buyer fails to abide by the terms of this contract, and/or the Buyer seeks a refund based on a fraudulent health claim. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE IS THE PUPPY/DOG EVER TO BE SURRENDERED TO A DOG POUND, RESCUE, SHELTER, GIVEN AWAY OR SOLD TO A NEW HOME OR DESTROYED (unless a puppy/dog is in incurable PHYSICAL pain with veterinary proof or it is ordered by a court of law.) If Puppy/dog is no longer wanted or the Buyer can no longer provide basic care for the puppy/dog or cannot keep the puppy/dog for whatever reason, it will be returned to Bettie Creek Kennels at the cost of the Buyer without any refund in any shape or form.
